ZeitRaum is a coworking space for all those who want to work actively, creatively and flexibly while remaining independent and self-determined. Your space at the heart of Braunschweig - between the university quarter and the city centre.

It’s less lonely to work with other people. In ZeitRaum, freelancers, employees and start-ups from various fields work in a shared office. The infrastructure is shared at a low cost, sparing everyone the need to pay for their own office or a conference room. You benefit from the productive working atmosphere as you get motivated by like-minded people - your desk neighbours and other colleagues.

You escape the distractions of a home office, can fully concentrate on your work, find new ideas, contacts and connections. Without much effort, you arrive only with your laptop and rent a package that suits you. The ZeitRaum offers beautiful, modern workplaces in a large office flooded with light, without a need for a  long-term commitment.

Conference room

We offer a 35 sqm, bright, light seminar room for up to 15 people. The conference room has the usual business standards such as Lan, W-Lan, a flipchart, Presentation Accessories Case, a video projector, a 90" screen and a 60" flatscreen.

Rent: 150 €/day, 700 €/week - Catering on request (bread rolls, cakes, biscuits, fruit)

In the event of cancellation of the booking, the following cancellation charges will apply: up to 7 working days before the event free of charge // up to 4 working days before the event 60% of the regular price// less than 3 working days before the event full charge.

Basis Business address

  • Representative, summonable business address - also valid for authorities, government offices, web imprint

  • Acceptance of letter post, use of our letterbox with your own company name

  • Own company sign in the outdoor area
    Digital capture/scanning of your letter post as a PDF and forwarding by email or WhatsApp

  • Personal collection of mail Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. possible

  • Use of the CoWorking Space by one person on 5 freely selectable days per month

  • Access Monday to Friday between 8:00 - 18:00 possible

  • Our small meeting room is available all day and is ideal for up to 2 - 5 people

  • From 7 pm, the large meeting room can also be used for evening events (e.g. for training courses, workshops, meetings)

  • Access Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 22:00 possible

We do not offer classic day tickets, but you are welcome to call and ask if you can join us. If the time is right, we will be happy to make it possible, it costs nothing.
